Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit wire requests.
• Submit invoices through Workday.
• Serve as vendor contact for Kansas City.
• Coordinate settlement memo drafting & distribution.
• Data entry and maintenance in proprietary database.
