Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network management, provider relations, and provider contracting.
• Deep knowledge of risk-based provider contracting and population health management.
• Experience with value-based contracts with payers and risk-bearing entities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider strategy for the Midwest market with accountability for growth and value creation.
• Translate market insights into requirements and roadmaps for central teams.
• Design and operate a scalable provider network model for growth and efficiency.
• Define contracting standards and onboarding for providers to meet performance goals.
• Drive patient growth by activating network strategies and managing supply-demand dynamics.
• Oversee provider engagement, retention, and satisfaction to maintain high performance.
• Track KPIs and drive cross-functional improvements across the network.
• Act as strategic advisor to central teams and prioritize value-driving initiatives.
• Travel approximately 50–75% within the Midwest market.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
