Job summary

Oline Construction in Omaha seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead and grow the Midwest division from the Omaha base. You will oversee multiple commercial projects, drive safety, quality, and profitability while mentoring project teams and collaborating with executive leadership for regional expansion.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, financial stewardship, and a focus on establishing Oline’s presence across the Midwest with a strong backlog of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and oversight.
• Proven ability to mentor and retain high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of commercial construction from preconstruction through completion.
• Midwest market relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Omaha office and Midwest growth.
• Oversee delivery of multiple commercial projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and operations staff.
• Partner with executive leadership to strengthen Midwest business.
• Drive operational performance, forecasting, and regional planning.
• Foster relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Development, Preconstruction, Estimating and Design teams for project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
