Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks, invoices, petty cash, cash logs, and monthly billing.
• Manage vehicle and inventory fleet; ensure accurate specs, photos, and routine checks.
• Coordinate rental unit check-in/check-out; complete documentation and resolve issues.
• Provide in-person and phone customer service; assist with trip record submissions.
• Maintain facilities to standards and support onboarding/training of new staff; conduct audits per regulations.
