Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Accurate and thorough with handling confidential information.
• Proficient with Google applications.
• Experience with CRM and BMS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure branch functions efficiently.
• Manage daily operations and cash handling.
• Oversee vehicle and inventory fleet processes.
• Coordinate rental and logistics, check-in/check-out.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
• Maintain facilities to corporate standards and ensure safety/compliance.
• Ensure accurate trip records and high levels of customer service.
