Job summary

Banc of California is hiring an AVP, Regional Operations Manager to oversee branch operations across assigned locations in California. The role focuses on delivering superior service, overseeing compliance, and driving efficient branch performance.

The successful candidate will travel between temporary assignments, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting branch growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of branch operations experience with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understandings of the operational regulatory environment and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank’s policies.
• Plan and schedule daily workflow to ensure compliance with service standards and deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality, friendly client service and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Assist in training staff and preparing special reports.
• Approve transactions within guidelines and review daily reports.
