Job summary

Blackstone Industrial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Operational Accountant to lead the day-to-day accounting for its US Regional Operations. The role partners with operations leaders to drive financial performance, project costing, and revenue recognition while strengthening internal controls and reporting accuracy.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Executive Leadership to deliver timely financial insights, monitor working capital, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Experience with project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities for the US Regional Operations.
• Perform full-cycle accounting: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close.
• Maintain GL integrity and proper accounting periods.
