HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Regional Onsite Delivery Manager to lead IT support across multiple client sites within the region. You will own service delivery, supervise a distributed engineering team, manage third-party vendors, and serve as the primary client contact for regional stakeholders.

The role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

At least 10 years in IT support, including at least 7 years of hands-on deskside/onsite support.
At least 4 years managing teams of 5 or more people across multiple sites.
Experience in a client-facing role within a managed services or outsourcing environment.
Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service partners.

Responsabilidades

Lead onsite IT support delivery across a regional set of client sites and ensure SLA/KPIs are met.
Governance: follow ITIL processes, manage incidents, requests, problems and changes.
Act as main client contact for regional stakeholders and run service reviews.
Prepare SLA/KPI reports and support MB R/QBR processes.
Manage vendor performance and regional budgets; support P/L and cost control.
Oversee resource planning, mentoring, and career development of engineers.
