Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team members understand strategy, are trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and service quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff continually.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive account growth.
