Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches in a defined geography. You will guide regional managers, drive growth, and ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Ensure that each team member understands the strategy, is fully trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
• Trains new Managers in a timely manner and coaches managers on how to manage their team.
• Supports on-going training to familiarize staff with Adecco’s new policies, procedures, and methods applicable to their positions.
• Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and all agreed upon client requirements (operational and contractual).
• Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients.
• Cultivates client relationships at the C-level.
• Develops and measures process efficiencies, productivity metrics and quality of service.
• Develops scalable solutions across multiple clients and gains alignment to execute.
• Monitors client satisfaction and conducts regular business reviews.
• Oversees monthly performance, KPI analysis and P&L impact; drives profitable growth.
• Collaborates with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
