Job summary

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a Regional On-Call – Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls with a friendly scripted greeting, provide information about services, and help with mail, appointments, and file maintenance across Missouri.

This role supports agents and regional leadership, assists with board meetings, and ensures accurate recordkeeping while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers, determines their needs, and provides information about Missouri Farm Bureau and its services.
• Answers calls with a scripted greeting and routes to appropriate staff.
• Processes mail, schedules appointments, and maintains client files and records.
• Maintains accurate receipts and disbursements; prepares and transmits payments daily as required.
• Supports agents and regional managers; assists with board meetings and minutes.
