Job summary

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance seeks a Regional Manager to lead regional offices, mentor staff, drive sales strategies, and align office operations with our mission across Missouri. You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance, partnering with Talent Acquisition to build a high-performing team.

The role encompasses travel within the region and occasionally out of state, with opportunities for career progression through four levels from Manager I to IV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional designations (CLU, CPCU, ChFC, CLF) are highly valued.
• Prior experience in sales and the insurance industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and manage operational performance across regional offices.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate field office staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard top talent.
• Develop and deliver training and professional development programs to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, support goal setting, and implement strategies for business growth.
• Oversee office logistics, including evaluation of new locations and management of office-related expenses.
• Represent Missouri Farm Bureau at industry events, community activities, and recruitment initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between field operations and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Travel extensively within the region and occasionally out of state.
