Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established office hours and provide professional, friendly customer service in person and by phone
• Greet customers, determine needs, provide information, and refer inquiries as appropriate
• Answer and route calls, take detailed messages, and respond to customer questions promptly
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and schedule appointments for agents
• Maintain accurate client files, records, and office documentation
• Receive, process, and balance daily financial transactions in accordance with procedures
• Prepare and process insurance-related documents, correspondence, applications, endorsements, and reports
• Gather and input information for insurance quotes and assist with policy servicing within non-licensed guidelines
• Support agents, supervisors, and regional leadership with administrative and operational tasks
• Promote Missouri Farm Bureau programs, services, and member benefits
• Assist with membership drives, county board meetings, event planning, and volunteer activities
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
