Job summary

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a licensed Insurance Agent to grow and service our member base across Missouri. You will promote new business while maintaining existing policies, collaborate with regional leaders, and meet compliance standards.

The role requires valid licenses for all lines and willingness to travel locally to document insured properties for underwriting. You will work closely with Customer Service Representatives and Home Office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Must hold valid licenses for all lines of insurance sold and meet state requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving to address client needs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities
