Job summary

Pacific Mobile Structures seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead the Pacific Northwest Region, including Seattle, Chehalis, Spokane, Pasco, Portland, and Boise. You will drive profitability, safety, asset readiness, and customer satisfaction while partnering with Sales, Fleet, and Facilities to execute strategic initiatives.

As a senior operations leader, you will guide six branches, develop leaders, and ensure adherence to company standards and processes across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership.
• Multi-site management experience.
• Strong financial management and profit and loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for all operations in the Pacific Northwest.
• Set objectives and performance expectations for branch leaders.
• Drive consistency in procedures and execution across locations.
• Monitor regional profitability, budgets, and asset readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Safety, and Fleet to meet customer needs.
