H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while guiding business results. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, own office readiness and operational execution, including staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and experience delivering consultative client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline and consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Lead teams by setting clear expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviours, client interactions, and performance outcomes.
