You’ll guide Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach for performance, manage staffing and facilities, and drive revenue and client retention through disciplined leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; set expectations and coach.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics and act to improve results, acquisitions, retention.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, compliance.
• Ensure office readiness including facilities, supplies, and onboarding.
