• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team execution.
• Develop bench strength and address performance gaps.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office and workforce readiness, including staffing and onboarding.
