Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and high-quality operations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results with strong in-person leadership across multiple locations.

You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and daily operations, while strengthening team performance and client outcomes through disciplined execution and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 office portfolio with consistent client experience.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and behaviors.
• Lead professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and results.
• Identify patterns across offices and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take actions to improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare for seasonal demand and office readiness.
