You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while guiding teams to deliver strong client outcomes and business results across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices to maintain presence.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
