H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, delivering a consistent consultative client experience while maintaining operations and readiness across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, aligning priorities with business results and ensuring high-quality service.

The role emphasizes in-office leadership, travel between offices, and accountability for performance, with a focus on driving client satisfaction and revenue growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, client interactions, outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance, and business outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
