Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities across multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with travel between offices to maintain in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead and coach Tax Pros and Client Service Pros by setting expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and client retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs are followed across offices.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal staffing.
