Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is looking for a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality consultative client experience and strong operational execution.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities across locations, and drive performance with hands-on leadership and staffing optimization. As a visible leader, you’ll monitor metrics, manage compliance, and develop bench strength while maintaining client-centric focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, identifying gaps and improvement areas.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.
• Monitor metrics, trends, and take actions to improve business results and retention.
• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person leadership presence.
