Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an experienced Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality, consultative client experience across the portfolio. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive readiness, staffing, and compliance across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and driving results across locations.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations across multiple offices including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Strong change management skills and ability to adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; coach for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, feedback, and results.
• Monitor trends and drive actions to improve business outcomes and client retention.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.
