You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance through hands-on, in-office leadership.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and operational execution while aligning priorities to strengthen client outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices and align priorities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvement.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and client retention.
• Manage staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
