Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/operations with accountable performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day‑to‑day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices with consistent client experience.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
