We are seeking a Regional Office Administrator based in Pittsburgh, PA, who will oversee administrative and HR functions, including staff, facilities, and daily office operations across our Boston, MA, and Wheeling, WV offices. This role reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer and collaborates closely with each Office Managing Partner on operational matters.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise legal administrative assistants and other administrative staff
  • Manage staffing, monitor workloads, and oversee overtime
  • Review attorney support needs and staffing goals, making recommendations for adjustments
  • Recruit paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and other staff in line with HR processes
  • Administer the firm's evaluation process for administrative staff
  • Assist with onboarding, equipment setup, and exit procedures
  • Conduct local orientation for new hires
  • Serve as the first point of contact for administrative staff issues
  • Manage facility maintenance, security, office moves, and supplies
  • Collaborate with Office Managing Partners to develop and implement strategies for each office
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% without restrictions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing office operations in legal or professional service organizations
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to evolving responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation
  • Efficient management of office functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities
  • Experience in law firms and HR is a plus; membership in the Association of Legal Administrators is beneficial
