Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Manager of Regional Ocean Management to oversee a multi-million dollar Ocean P&L, design tailored products, and drive profitability through market intelligence and customer interfacing.

You will own tenders/RFQs, collaborate with procurement and pricing teams, and lead district forecasting to grow the book of business. Regular client calls and talent development are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ocean Freight experience or 5+ years in supply chain with a BA/BS.
• Strategic vision with ground floor execution.
• Bias to Action, Process, Structure and Data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Client happiness orientation: you succeed when they succeed.
• Ability to travel regionally.
• Desire to lead, train, and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million dollar Ocean P&L for your district and drive yield growth.
• Interface with procurement and pricing teams to ensure profitability and growth.
• Own tenders and RFQs for your district to win regional/global customers.
• Design products and go-to-market strategies for customers.
• Lead data-driven decisions and district forecasting initiatives.
• Develop the district team and talent pipeline for the future.
• Join regular client calls and communicate district performance.
• Drive all financial health levers, including quoting and invoicing.
