Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline is required.
• Strong ocean freight product and pricing knowledge is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ocean Freight product champion and SME for assigned trade lanes.
• Drive growth across ocean products and support field sales per country plan.
• Provide local guidance on sales opportunities and engagement with customers.
• Coordinate with pricing teams to finalize rates for opportunities.
• Develop priorities and business plans for routes and campaigns.
• Conduct market profiling and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Engage with overseas RDMs and carriers as per plan.
• Organize growth programs, RFQs, and investments as needed.
