Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in forwarding, hunter mindset with goals.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office products.
• Strong ability to build rapport and regular off-site customer meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex deals and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers; assess needs and map to services.
• Seek opportunities for profitable sales on new and existing accounts; pitch rate structures and options.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs.
• Manage an assigned territory with knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Foster relationships with customers and station teams; collaborate with regional resources.
• Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and assist with paperwork and collections when needed.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends toward targets.
