Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in leasing and affordable housing.
• Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8, or similar programs.
• Proficient understanding of basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lottery and pre-application processes.
• Communicate with prospects and maintain waiting list as required.
• Complete application/initial certification interviews.
• Coordinate unit inspections and assist in audits.
