Genesiscareers seeks a Market Nurse Education Specialist to lead clinical education across its Skilled Nursing Facilities in the assigned market. You will develop standardized education programs, deliver orientation, competencies, and targeted training in wound care, infection control, IV therapy, and cardiac monitoring.

You will assess educational needs, monitor competency, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor Nurse Practice Educators to foster a high-performing learning culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
• Wound certification required.
• MSN required.
• Certification in a specialty area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five (3) years full-time or equivalent clinical education experience.
• Two years of clinical experience in Long Term Care / Post-Acute Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Strategy for standardized clinical education aligned to nursing theory, evidence, and regulations.
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs, including orientation and competencies.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and develop curricula for staff from novice to expert.
• Monitor staff competency and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Support facilities in survey readiness and corrective action planning; mentor education team.
