Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Market Nurse Education Specialist to lead clinical education across Skilled Nursing Facilities in MA, RI, and ME. You will drive standardized programs, ensure competency, and support regulatory compliance while mentoring Nurse Practice Educators.

The role requires MSN, RN license, and 3+ years in education with LTC/post-acute care experience; travel is expected to on-site facilities to establish best practices and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in state where practice is required.
• MSN degree or higher preferred for educator role.
• Minimum 3 years in education or staff development.
• Long-term care/post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of standardized clinical education programs.
• Coordinate orientation, annual competencies and targeted skills training.
• Assess needs across facilities and develop curricula to close gaps.
• Monitor staff competency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to nurse educators.
• Travel across MA, RI and ME facilities for on-site education.
