Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC seeks a Market Nurse Education Specialist to lead education strategy across Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will develop standardized programs, deliver orientation and competency training, and assess needs to close knowledge gaps.

Travel to facilities is required to support staff development and compliance. Ideal candidates hold an MSN with an RN license and have multiple years of clinical education experience, including in Long Term Care / Post-Acute Care, to

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• MSN required for the role.
• Certification in a specialty area is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience in education, plus two years in Long Term Care / Post-Acute Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of standardized clinical education strategies.
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs (orientation, annual competencies, targeted training).
• Perform needs assessments to identify educational gaps and develop curricula.
• Monitor staff competency and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Support facilities in survey readiness and corrective action planning with clinical leadership.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Nurse Practice Educator(s).
• Assist with policy implementation and quality initiatives across facilities.
• Collaborate with Market Clinical Advisor and Directors of Nursing; mentor new leaders.
• Travel across assigned facilities to provide on-site education and oversight.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and trends in post-acute and long-term care nursing.
