Job summary

Ipsen in the United States seeks a Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience, field-based, to translate national priorities into regional execution across MA, NH, ME, VT, CT, RI, and NY. You will foster relationships with thought leaders, gather insights, and advocate for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio in Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, and related areas.

Reporting to the Neuroscience Commercial team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams, travel

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with marketing or external engagement roles.
• Ability to travel regionally and to national conferences.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy aligning with national priorities.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights and translate them into cross-functional recommendations.
• Lead regional programs including advisory boards and peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Coordinate congress engagement plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Sales leadership.
• Build relationships with professional societies such as AAN, AHS, and AAPM&R.
