Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience, for field-based regional execution of our KTL engagement strategy. The role connects Marketing, Medical, Sales and Value & Access to drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio across Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Pediatric Spasticity and future indications across the US.

The position focuses on building relationships with thought leaders, generating market insights, and aligning national priorities with regional execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
• Ability to build and manage complex KTL relationships.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Medical, Sales and Value & Access teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional KTL engagement strategy in alignment with national priorities and build relationships with regional and national thought leaders.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights and translate into recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead regional programs such as advisory boards, consulting engagements, regional KTL meetings and peer-to-peer programs.
• Execute pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans with high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support national congress strategies at the regional level in coordination with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
• Build relationships with professional societies such as AAN, AHS, and AAPM&R.
• Engage residency/fellowship programs and develop Centers of Excellence; expand Dysport education.
• Serve as cross-functional regional leader with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Sales leadership.
