Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Neuroscience portfolio in the United States.

You will translate national priorities into regional execution, building relationships with top neuro leaders and societies to advance Ipsen’s brands such as Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Pediatric Spasticity, and future indications. You will work across Marketing, Medical, Sales and Value & Access to ensure compliant, high-impact regional programs, advisory boards, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in pharma/biotech marketing or external engagement roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications across levels.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Sales and Value & Access.
• Strong project management with multi-priority handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as regional coverage and conferences required.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy with key thought leaders.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights on treatment decisions and market dynamics.
• Lead regional programs: advisory boards, consulting engagements and regional meetings.
• Manage pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans compliant with regulations.
• Support national congress strategies at the regional level with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with professional societies like AAN, AHS, and AAPMR.
• Support residency and fellowship engagement and Centers of Excellence development.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Sales leadership.
• Ensure alignment between national strategy and regional execution.
