Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience for a field-based regional role.

You will build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders, translate national priorities to regional execution, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams. You will focus on Neuroscience portfolio advocacy in Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Pediatric Spasticity, and future indications, while delivering high-quality, compliant engagements

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in pharmaceutical/biotech with marketing, customer-facing, or external engagement roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex KTL relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications; strong presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel; role has geographic coverage across regions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional KTL engagement strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights and translate into recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead execution of regional programs: advisory boards, consulting engagements, regional KTL meetings, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Execute pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans with high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support execution of national congress strategies at the regional level with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional societies (AAN, AHS, AAPM&R).
• Execute residency and fellowship engagement and support Centers of Excellence; expand Dysport education.
• Serve as cross-functional leader with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Sales leadership.
• Ensure alignment between national strategy and regional execution.
