Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Mid-Atlantic region to translate national priorities into regional execution and engage key thought leaders in Neuroscience.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access to advance Ipsen’s portfolio. The role focuses on building relationships, gathering market insights, and driving advocacy across Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Pediatric Spasticity, and future indications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with marketing, customer-facing, or external engagement roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex KTL relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in neuroscience and/or the neurotoxin space strongly preferred, with existing relationships with key thought leaders.
• Launch experience and cross-regional engagement experience preferred.
• Prior engagement with professional societies and academic institutions is advantageous.
• Residence near a major airport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy aligned with national priorities; build and maintain relationships with regional and national thought leaders.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through high-value, compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights and translate into recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead regional programs such as advisory boards, consulting engagements, and regional KTL meetings.
• Execute pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support execution of national congress strategies at regional level with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
• Build relationships with societies like AAN, AHS, AAPMR.
• Advance residency/fellowship engagement and Centers of Excellence; expand Dysport education.
• Serve as cross-functional regional leader with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Sales leadership.
• Ensure alignment between national strategy and regional execution.
