Job summary

Ipsen Group is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience, to execute regional KTL engagement strategies and translate national priorities into local actions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Sales to build enduring relationships with leading HCPs and institutions across the Neurology space.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, compliance, and cross-functional leadership to advance Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio in a dynamic, nationwide field environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy aligning with national priorities across regions and major institutions.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights and translate into recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead regional programs: advisory boards, consulting engagements, regional KTL meetings, peer-to-peer programs.
• Support regional execution of national congress strategies with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
• Build relationships with societies like AAN, AHS, AAPM&R and expand Dysport education.
