Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Thought Leader Liaison in Neuroscience to execute regional engagement plans and build strategic KTL partnerships.

You will connect Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams to convert national priorities into regional action. The role emphasizes generating market insights, advancing advocacy for the Neuroscience portfolio, and fostering strong KTL relationships across major institutions in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with marketing/customer-facing/external engagement roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and work cross-functionally in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy and build relationships with regional and national thought leaders.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio through compliant engagements.
• Generate and translate field insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead regional programs such as advisory boards, consulting engagements, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Coordinate regional congress engagement plans in alignment with national strategies.
• Engage with professional societies like AAN, AHS, and AAPM&R and expand Centers of Excellence.
