Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Network Sales Engineer (NSE) to act as the SME on EtherWAN products, technologies, and applications. This regional role covers Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, combining technical leadership with customer engagement to enable sales success and product adoption.

You will support pre-sales, design solutions with customers, conduct trainings, and collaborate with sales and BD teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of IT vs OT networking environments.
• CCNA certification and/or networking certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders by presenting EtherWAN products and value proposition to prospects.
• Project manage field engagements with sales resources.
• Conduct training on Networking from beginner to advanced levels.
