Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Network Sales Engineer to act as the SME for EtherWAN products and applications across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. You will bridge technical expertise with customer engagement, supporting pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales guidance to drive value and product adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of IT vs OT networking environments.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Technical networking certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders by introducing EtherWAN products and value proposition.
• Project manage field engagements with sales resources.
• Deliver training on Networking from beginner to advanced levels.
• Conduct network audits and assist in network design using EtherWAN products.
• Log technical support cases and market information in the CRM system.
