Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team in the Network Practice Office (NPO). The role leads a regional team of NSAs, guiding design standards and best practices across the region.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, experience with ASTRO P25 LMR networks, and a background in public safety networks. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional team of NSAs and develop training regimens.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise apps.
• Ensure standard reference designs and high-quality design guidance.
• Drive security, testing, and best-practices adherence.
