Job summary

Alivi TPA of Florida, LLC is seeking a Provider Relations Lead to manage a regional network of NEMT providers and supervise Provider Relations Representatives. You will ensure network adequacy, provider compliance, and high-quality service while building strong relationships with providers and facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in provider relations or healthcare network management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare network management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CRM systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for providers in the assigned region and address network issues promptly.
• Lead and coach Provider Relations Representatives, including training and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure providers follow policies and service expectations; oversee credentialing compliance.
• Review provider performance data and develop improvement plans.
• Travel to provider offices as required and support network operations.
