Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Special Services Department and supervise staff.
• Coordinate specialized transportation requests and level-of-need determinations.
• Review and approve transportation authorizations and service arrangements.
• Collaborate with facilities, providers, and internal teams to address complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Conduct quality assurance and performance evaluations for department staff.
