Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Manager - DFW to lead a portfolio of properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This remote-US role requires hands-on leadership, coaching property managers, and driving performance across operations, occupancy, budgeting, and compliance.

You will partner with owners and senior leadership, analyze financial and market data, and develop action plans to improve results across communities. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Property Management at Community Manager level or above.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi Voyager preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth market.
• Proficiency in financial data analysis, budgeting, and market surveys.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Experience working with diverse groups of people and customers.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on approach to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor Property Managers.
• Establish regular communication with employees, owners, and senior leadership.
• Review and enhance marketing activities and occupancy status.
• Audit property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas for compliance.
• Inspect properties to maintain standards and evaluate operations.
• Supervise preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Act as the primary liaison between the owner and the organization, providing necessary updates.
• Develop action plans for deficient items during quarterly reviews.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Manager - DFW to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee a regional portfolio and drive performance across property operations, occupancy, budgeting, compliance, and resident experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Regional Manager will partner closely with property teams, ownership representatives, and senior leadership to support operational excellence and portfolio goals. Success in this position will require a hands‑on leader who can coach managers, analyze financial and market data, and take action to improve results across multiple communities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
