Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Regional Property Manager to support our AZ and TX residential multifamily portfolio, driving asset performance and leading onsite teams. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, marketing strategies, and daily operations across assets, with local and out‑of‑state travel as needed.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a Regional Manager role for residential multifamily.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Asset Management: Maintain the physical and financial integrity of each property to maximize ROI and align with company objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and support property management teams across the portfolio with accountability.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day operations align with scopes of work, budgets, and policies.
• Budgeting and Financial Performance: Oversee annual operating budgets and timely financial reporting.
• Lease-Up & Occupancy Strategy: Drive lease-up efforts for new developments and optimize occupancy.
• Marketing & Revenue Optimization: Develop marketing strategies and rent structures to meet revenue goals.
• Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, residents, and internal teams.
