Job summary

Anterra Management Corporation, a Dallas-based multifamily property management firm, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This leadership role drives property performance, teams, and resident experience, reporting to the VP of Operations with regular travel between properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Previous experience managing multiple apartment communities (required).
• Proven track record managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Texas landlord-tenant requirements.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Leads from the front, brings energy, and is willing to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Property Managers and on-site teams across multiple communities.
• Own property-level financial performance including budgets, NOI, revenue, collections, and expense management.
• Review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to company standards.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, and pricing strategy.
• Oversee capital projects, major repairs, and preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable regulations.
• Partner with accounting, HR, marketing, maintenance, and other corporate departments.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and senior leadership on performance, challenges, and action plans.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing on-site talent.
