Roers Companies is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the management and operations of multiple residential properties. You will lead the property management team to drive revenue, maximize profits, ensure asset preservation, and deliver resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of regional management experience, proven leadership, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 30–50% is required; familiarity with Yardi or RENTCafé is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years regional manager experience.
• Portfolio oversight of 1,500+ units across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operations of multiple residential properties.
• Drive revenue, maximize profits, ensure asset preservation and resident satisfaction.
• Lead the property management team, develop budgets, and track financial/operational reports.
• Develop and implement marketing, leasing strategies to maximize NOI and reduce vacancies.
• Mentor the team and maintain strong internal and external communication.
